Our father, Stefan Troscianczuk, was a resident at Fairfield from 2007 to 2008.
During his stay, the staff always provided him with excellent care. He was given high quality food as well as thoughtful personal assistance. His medications were properly monitored and we found him to be generally happy during his stay.
We would highly recommend Fairfield Residence to anyone considering a retirement residence.

Dear Mrs. Verbitsky

It is my pleasure to inform you that during my recent visit to your residence I was able to confirm that my Aunt Mrs. Anna-Maria Talaska, one of your residents, was in good spirit, attentive and in good health. Thus, far from the physiologic and emotional symptoms showed just more than one month ago when she was admitted to your residence due to my wife's Illness and the permanent contact with her suffering.

The recent tragic event affiliated with the death of my wife imposed on me greater responsibility, particularly, in matters concerning our aunt Your staff has been extremely sympathetic to Anna-Maria knowing that she had lost not only a niece but also someone very special like her own daughter.

Therefore, based in personal contact, trust and observed qualities I'm absolute sure that your residence and staff will continue to look after her in the same manner, therefore, given me the peace of mind necessary to confront the extremely difficult days that lay ahead. Thank you once again for your support expressed during these difficult times.

My name is Mary Bennett. I just turned 71 and Fairfield Residence has been my home since 2001. I am very happy here. Fairfield Residence gives me the support I need while still allowing me to enjoy my independence. The staff are great and so are the cooks.

I really enjoy the little outings we take with Natasha and other residents to Sherway Gardens every Thursday morning for tea and coffee. There I sometimes meet my old neighbors and co-workers (what a small world).

The management at Fairfield truly care about me and the other residents. They go beyond the call of duty when it comes to managing the residence.

I would recommend Fairfield Residence to anyone who needs a nice home and assistance with their day-to-day tasks.

Hello, my name is Harold Cox. I have been living at Fairfield Residence for 6 years. This place is truly my home now. I have a beautiful room and enjoy living here because the people are wonderful. Fairfield Residence is close to the Gus Ryder Recreation Center where I go swimming and the Lakeshore Blvd where I take my walks. I am very happy to live here as I have found a new family. I recommend Fairfield Residence to all the seniors who are looking for a good and nice place to live!

My name is Ronald Dupuis, and I have been living at the Fairfield Residence for 4 years now. Due to my medical condition and progressing physical limitations, I was in need of a place that would offer me the care and assistance I required. I am not 65 yet, so I did not want to go to a nursing home. I was very glad when my social worker found Fairfield Residence to accommodate my needs. The staff are very nice and friendly. They are always there to help me, and they are beautiful too!

This is to confirm that the assisted living services provided by Fairfield Residence to my mother, age 82, have been highly satisfactory. Natasha and her staff ensure around-the-clock care for a congenial bunch of seniors. They have three regular meals a day, several snacks and we know that medications, dental and doctor¹s visits will be coordinated. The environment is bright and friendly and clean, and the staff always caring and considerate.  

Often the staff help in the little extras, like facilitating nearby walks, and birthdays and major holidays are always remembered with special meals and events. In our case, coordination of day time activities with The Storefront Humber Center has been especially convenient, providing an additional set of activities from which to choose.

All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending Fairfield Residence to any family whose circumstances require loving care of their loved ones.
